Playstream outage?

Does playstream outage on may 16 2023? Our authorization system rely on playstream to fulfil but we track no playstream event showed in playstream monitor from 11:30AM may 16, 2023 GTM +7. Does anyone have the same prolemb?

Sorry for the inconvenience. There is an incident related to PlayStream Event system, which has been acknowledged by the team. The team is working on it. I will let you know once there is any update. You can also check: PlayStream processing was delayed beginning at approximately 10:15PST.

Update: This incident has been resolved. Please let us know if there is any other issue.

I am getting some reports of issues now as well. And seeing this too when searching for steam ID in players tab (attached).5962-untitled.png
