Can I create a session when there is 1 person instead of 2 people?
Matchmaking needs at least 2 tickets to be matched, this is by designed. If you want one player to start the game, there is no need to match, you can use API Multiplayer Server - Request Multiplayer Server - REST API (PlayFab Multiplayer) | Microsoft Learn to request a server instance directly.
