I was posting a question concerning an issue on xbox. The response was to create a support ticket, as it can not be descussed on the open forum due to NDA. But we are not able to submit a support ticket, as we are only on the Free plan atm. Our estimate is that we are also not going to need the standard plan. Are we forced to upgrade to standard, to get help on this issue or is there another way to get support on this?
