No, the archived statistics are intended for the developer to download, so that they can be used for evaluation, prize awards, etc. Also, it's worth noting that depending on load, it may be upwards of an hour before an archived leaderboard is available for download. We're working on an update to the leaderboard system this quarter which will provide more options for querying values from previous versions of a leaderboard. But to answer your other question, the archived statistics files only contain the same data which was in the leaderboard, so there's nothing particularly sensitive in there.
