New created users are not showing up in the playfab user sets when using RegisterByEmail.

Hello,

Few hours ago we started experiencing issue, where existing users can login, but newly created users are not showing up in the playfab. This happened on 3 titles at the same time.

Can someone help? Is it possible that we have reached some sort of limit? Or there was a change on playfab that we missed to prepare for.

Possibly related to the "PlayStream Processing Delays"

It might be related to the PlayStream Processing Delays. In my tests, the newly created accounts are displayed normally. Please feel free to contact us if the issue recurs.
