NextEligibleGrant in the ProgressiveRewards Recipe

I am trying to add in the ProgressiveRewards recipe to my project and I was curious on what the NextEligibleGrant number is. In the Player Data (Title) Read Only Data I see "CheckInTracker" with a value of "{\"LoginStreak\":1,\"NextEligibleGrant\":1485983024184}". What is the 1485983024184?

Have not looked at the progressive rewards recipe, but that number looks like a Unix time stamp in milliseconds.

Running it through converter says it corresponds to time Wed, 01 Feb 2017 21:03:44.184 GMT
