Reports have User IDs in Decimal Format

Is this a bug? Why would they be in a different format from the rest of the API?

The issue is around our reporting, as we store the IDs internally as hex, but some of our integrations require that they be decimal. We're very aware of this, and we're in the midst of an overall site update - one thing this will fix is ensuring that the IDs are hex everywhere. You can expect to see the new site in the coming weeks.
