Should PlayFab's content service be used for distribution of Unity assetbundles in different countries?

Is the content URL an S3 bucket or an AWS Cloudfront URL?

We use Cloud Front for the Content service. Cloud Front is a CDN which uses S3, so it's both, really. But yes, you can distribute asset bundles using it.
