I conducted a test build by following the documentation, which included the compilation process and preparation of the SDK. Initially, everything went smoothly, and the uploaded builds were getting deployed and on standby mode within approximately 5 minutes. I repeated this process numerous times, and the estimated deployment time was consistently 5 minutes.
However, during my latest attempt to upload a build, it is taking significantly longer than expected. It has been an hour, and the deployment process is still ongoing. The only difference I made was changing the game's name, but this should not be an issue since I provided the secret key and title ID.
Do you have any ideas or suggestions to resolve this issue?
