Why is PlayFab "Waiting for connection" then disconnecting?

I am having an issue similar to the comment posted by Oglazirin to best answer at https://community.playfab.com/questions/3898/connecting-to-custom-server-build.html?childToView=6457#comment-64570

The difference is that for me, IsLocalNetwork is already unchecked.

It's not really possible for us to diagnose this without knowing what your local machine is doing. Can you get a Wireshark capture of the traffic and send that to us (https://wiki.wireshark.org/SSL)?
