Delete Master A/c being deleted from last few weeks.

Hi Support,

We are facing the issue of being unable to log in with a few Androids or iOS Device Id Logins after deleting the master a/c.

Our QA team removed their Master A/.c without unlinking login credentials a few weeks ago, but still, they are getting the same error of The account is unavailable because it's being deleted. when they try to log in with the same credentials.

After this incident we already informed the QA team to first unlink all credentials and then delete Master A/c. and they followed the same. but one or two device credentials are stuck in the limbo of being deleted.

Please help us to get out of this limbo.

In fact, Using the API DeleteMasterPlayerAccount will queue the user account for deletion. It may take some time for the account to be processed based on the load of the queue. Players cannot log in until the account is completely deleted, so it's important to unlink credentials first before deleting the master account. Also, if you have the access to create a support ticket, you can follow this document: SUPPORT TICKET SUBMISSION to submit a support ticket.

Hi @neils, Yes I understand the deleting master a/c will process via queue system which is global one, that may take some time to delete Account and other information related account.

but the issue was it is in queue or being deleted since last few weeks. After facing this issue, we are unlinking credentials from the a/c before deleting the Master A/c.
