We are facing the issue of being unable to log in with a few Androids or iOS Device Id Logins after deleting the master a/c.
Our QA team removed their Master A/.c without unlinking login credentials a few weeks ago, but still, they are getting the same error of The account is unavailable because it's being deleted.
when they try to log in with the same credentials.
After this incident we already informed the QA team to first unlink all credentials and then delete Master A/c. and they followed the same. but one or two device credentials are stuck in the limbo of being deleted.
Please help us to get out of this limbo.
