EntityToken vs SessionTicket

What is the difference between EntityToken and EntitySessionTicket? Can someone enlighten me?

EntityToken is used to set X-EntityToken for all entity based API calls. SessionTicket is unique token authorizing the user and game at the server level, for the current session.
