I don't understand the definitions for active players and new players. How can I have 19.91k active players but only 12.82k new players for this period? No players should have started before this period so anyone who is active should also be a new player, no? Thanks!
Thanks but I still don't understand. In my example, did I have 12.86k players and some of them logged in both in January and February so they're double counted to reach the 19.91k figure?
MAU rolling 30 means that the total number of active players in the past 30 days, regardless of whether they are in different months or not. If a user plays your game one time in the past 30 days, that's one MAU. If the same player plays your game a hundred times in the past 30 days, that's still one MAU.
