I am already aware on a possible solution to permanently stop this. But this will require all my playfab accounts to be reset. By this I'm referring to only allowing one playfab login method and blocking the others with the policy api.
Is it possible to delete all accounts created 2 days ago in a cloud script or something like that?

The solution you mention about API policy is correct, you can refer to API access policy for more info. We recommend that you use a non-anonymous login method only to make it more difficult for hackers to create accounts.

You can create a Segment with “First Login (date)” to filter the players that created 2 days ago. Then you can implement a Scheduled Task to execute an Azure Function on this Segment, and the Azure Function will delete the master player account.
