Can you tell me what specific operation this error was generated when you were performing it? Or what APIs you called at the time.

it's random, i have no way to reproduce it!

There is no self-service tool for developers to force the removal of an email from blacklist, we suggest you have problematic customer create a support ticket with us via the Game Manager and one of our support engineers will work with him/her.
