More detailed information about the Enterprise Plan

Hello, Could I have more detailed information about the Enterprise Plan? The other plans can be easily found on the webpages, whereas there is no information about the Enterprise Plan.

  1. What does the Enterprise Plan contains? （eg. the Premium Plan has everything included in Standard Plan, Platinum Support, 1 Billion Reads to the Profile, etc）

  2. The additional charge? (eg. $0.29 per additional million Reads to the Profile, etc)
