Title News without login

Is it possible to get title news without logging in on client? if not, why not?

You should login in before getting title news, the client can call GetTitleNews to retrieve the news, and this API requires a client session ticket, available from any Client Login function.

An option to make it available without a session ticket would be nice. I'm using title news both in my game and on my game's website and it would be convenient for people to read the news on the web without having to log in.
