Pricing and default values

Hi,

Before committing to PlayFab, I have some questions that I couldn't find the answers to

1. Does creating a new user profile by anonymously authenticating it for the first time count as a Profile Write?

2. Does anonymously authenticating an existing user count as a Profile Read?
3. Is it possible to create a new user profile with some default values so that I don't have to make a write for each of them? For example, I want all of my users to have MadeAnyInAppPurchase set as false by default
