Do my entire studio has been erased for no reason ????


I'm very very anxious about this situation !

As everyday I wanted to connect to playfab, and what was my surprise when I discovered my entire studio and game database has been erased.
What is going on ??


Did I lose the entire database for no reason ?

After about 1 hour, things are back to normal, I can still access to my title.

Can you tell me what happened ?

Also, I'm worrying in futur issues. In the case something happen at the Playfab side and our database is deleted, do we have the possibility to save our database locally right now ?

If by “Save the database locally” you mean get the entire Studio database and save it locally, PlayFab may not be able to provide such feature. And since PlayFab has backup(you can refer to History of user data changes - Playfab Community), you don’t need to worry about your database may be deleted.
