Economy V2 Issues

I'm currently not able to enter any value into the Economy V2 fields in the title settings. I have the Enabled box ticked but when I go to add a "ContentType" field I cant type in the box to name that content type, nor can I hit the trashcan button. Is the site broken?

Nope it just took a long time to register

After entering info into the Content types, Tags and platform fields I try to save and I get an internal save error. There is no info on why it wouldn't save
