Thanks - I've opened a bug on this, though I believe in the short-term, we'll be updating the Game Manager interface to now allow one second timeouts. Due to the way the system operates, it's technically possible that with a one second timeout, the item could be removed before a related, but separate, operation is complete - such as adding items from a bundle. We haven't seen this specific issue before though, so we'll be looking into it to determine the cause. Did you see this with receipt validation, or the StartPurchase flow.
