2 players with same displayname

I'm having a problem, I haven't checked the “Allow non-unique player display names”, and I have 2 displaynames called "Rami" with the same letters case sensitive, while I can't name a user "Rami" by manually editing it in the playfab dashboard, but when calling on the PlayFabClientAPI from my unity, it doens't give me any error, and then I have 2 players with the same displayname, my titleId is: 81A7E

any help is appreciated, thanks!

Have you checked if there are any invisible characters in the Display Name, for example “Rami ”? Using Postman to get both players’ Display Name can show it visually. If you find that they are the same with no invisible characters, please provide both players’ PlayFabId for our research.
