Random Foreign Language Characters Block the creation of Player Segments

I'm unable at all to create a Player Segment easily since all of the dropdown choices are in a foreign language that I don't comprehend

This is a known issue, our engineering team is currently working on a fix. Sorry for the inconvenience. The Japanese in the screenshot means

“

Is Greater than,

Is Greater than or equal to,

Is Less than,

Is Less than or equal to

“

according to the translator.
