server stuck on the Initialized status

hi

It's been 2 days server is stuck on the initialized status, I built many types of servers and uploaded them and waited but didn't change.

I even opened a new title and uploaded another server but nothing changed.

the server is an export of photon fusion server

Before uploading your servers to PlayFab, have you used the LocalMultiplayerAgent to check if your servers run smoothly in local environment? If not, please follow this document to test your servers locally: LocalMultiplayerAgent Overview - PlayFab | Microsoft Docs.
