Problem in using The Referral Codes Recipe

Ok so I followed all the steps and got the regenrating currency recipee working.

I was now testing the referral codes recipe but it is not working .

I followed all the steps then , when i press redeem code. It always gives out in console,

SUCCESS!... You Just Recieved:

after that there is nothing and nothing is added in inventory of the player.

Even though If I have not entered any code and just pressed redeem still it shows the same output.

Okay I just found I was doing it wrong.. We first need to use one account make a referral code store it and then change the custom_id , login into some new account and put that previous referral code then it works.!

I was earlier adding the same referral code I guess.
