I want to ban a device that is not IP.

I blocked illegal program users with an IP ban, but it doesn't seem to work.

Can I ban it with a device or MAC?

Currently, we can only ban with PlayFabId or IP address. PlayFab will get the public IP address from player's request. If your game is a mobile game and the player is using cellular network, the public IP address might change frequently, which makes you feel the IP ban is not working.

Changing MAC address is trivial – there are online guides that allow any user to perform that task. That makes banning by MAC effectively useless. So, MacAddress ban is deprecated and does not work anymore.
