Avoid Login Same Account From Multiple Devices

I have done some research about it . I found that we have to create session id when ever Login Success is called and When logged in account in first account is logged in in second devices then error code of session id mismaching is called in second device. But I am unable to do so.

1.How can we create session id ?

1.Does the session mismatching error is called automatically when same account is logged in from another devices or we have to check it ?

How can I implement it correctly ?
