My PlayFab account uses asian characters instead of english characters

Some parts of my PlayFab account are not displayed in English. I have tried to change the Profile-->Language to English but it's not working, the same parts stay in asian characters.

My Title ID: E5E2C

How can I change everything to English?

It works now. It displays the text in English.

I've been reporting this same issue for months. Now it's gotten WORSE and affects tooltips:
