If you go to the PlayStream Event History tab, you can search on any event - in this case, you'll want to search on "title_exceeded_limit" (if you start typing in the query builder, you'll be able to easily find any event, as well as specify a date range if that would help). Once you have the events you need listed, you can expand the individual event to see all the details, including the PlayFab ID of the user.
