When viewing the information of newly registered members from a certain moment, the corresponding error appears and the inquiry is impossible. Also, after signing up as a new member, when logging in, the PlayerProfile value is returned in an unfilled state.

This issue should be related to the Incident: PlayFab Status - Login APIS - Increased API Error Response Rate which has been resolved now, if you still have this issue, please feel free to let us know.
As the API documentation mentions, PlayerProfile is not guaranteed to be up-to-date. For a new player, this profile will not exist.
