Xsolla WebHooks not work

Xsolla WebHooks not work

I have 1 game, can connect to xsolla, buy in-app normally.

A2957 it works adding item to inventory.


but
This game of An was able to successfully purchase xsolla's in-app.
WebHooks not work
playfab not adding item to inventory.

Can you please check if the xsolla webhook was called? Is there any error message for troubleshooting? Can you reproduce this issue? If so, could you provide the detail reproducing steps?
