The total player count says 23, but there are only 2 accounts.
New users are reporting starting the game with existing data, I believe they are somehow getting old data from already removed players. This is very concerning. Please help!

It takes some time to delete players, and there is a delay in the number of players displayed on the Players page, you can check the data at the location in the image below, it has less delay.
Does starting the game with existing data mean that you delete the player, but the player can still log in with the original account? To clarify, player accounts contain Title Player Account and Master Player Account, players use Master Player Account to log in, so when you delete Title Player Account, they can still log in with Master Player Account and create a new Title Player Account.
You can see the difference between them through About Master Player in the upper right corner of the Player Overview page.
