How do I delete UGC files

I can create upload URLs, but I can't delete or update them, so the files are going to be there forever?

You can delete or update the UGC items via Game Manager. Or you can use API DeleteItem and UpdateDraftItem to modify the UGC items.

But will the files in the URLs be deleted aswell?

Yes, it will be deleted.
