Do you mean you are using PlayFab Multiplayer Servers(MPS) as your app's server and the IP you mention is obtained from PlayFab? If so, please note that MPS is not designed for long time running, running an MPS server for a long time may cause issues. As for the ping, ping is disabled on Azure for security purposes.
