While poking around the "Title Settings->Data Collection" and "Title Settings->Client Profile Options", I noticed that the tooltips are not in English, even though all my language settings are set to English.
Other tooltips seem to be fine.

In addition, have you made some language-related settings in your browser? You can do some tests on different browsers.
