We faced with questions from Meta (ex-Facebook) on the Data Protection Assessment (as many developers also do, I believe). The question which we are struggling with is:
Do you ensure that your service provider(s) and their sub-service provider(s) (if any) comply with the Facebook Platform Terms, and any other applicable terms and policies, as if the service provider or sub-service provider were in your place?
We have to answer this question because PlayFab is considered as a service provider and we have to answer "yes" as of Platform Term 5.a.ii. We've found nothing on this topic in the Terms of Service, so we are wondering how can we ensure that PlayFab complyes with Meta Terms? Maybe someone managed to resolve this? @Brendan, may be there is an official answer from PlayFab on this?
