Our title require to extend cloud script execution time to 30 seconds. As a found, another plan can help with this, but which plan it should exactly and what is maximum limit for extending that execution time? Also, if we decide to move to another plan, how long it will be? As I know, changing from free plan to pas-as-you-go can happen only at the begging of next month. Can it be earlier or it some king of playfab policy?

If you want to extend the Cloud Script execution time limit, you would need to upgrade to enterprise account, starting at $10k per month, if you need you can contact the sales team for details.
When you change your account plan, the plan change will start in the next billing period, but if it's an enterprise plan, you'll need to ask the sales team.
