We created a VM for test purposes with the free plan (750h free core hours)
We realised we are getting charged even if we don't use it. 9th january it was at 20$ overcharge, so we deleted everything just to make sure. And now it's at 47.50.
We don't get why we are getting charge and there is literally no way to contact Playfab support to clarify. 9th January we had more core hours than the amount of hours available from 1th to 9th. (216h)
Even with no active VM or server, we still see an active Dasv4 here:
What's going on? Studio ID : E14F2
Where can we get support assistance for a potential refund or inquiry?
