When I try to upgrade account, There are error (there was an error while loading data from the server. please reload the page to retry.)

I want to upgrade my account, but an error occurs. What should I do?

I'm repeating it over and over again, but the same error continues to occur.

May I know are you still having this issue now? I can reproduce this issue by creating a new Studio and immediately clicking the Upgrade Account button. But few hours later I found this issue disappeared, and Upgrade Account works fine for me.

If your studio is also newly created, would you wait for some time to upgrade?
