We Delete all out games because of that Billing Bugs.
You charge us 21usd and & 71usd for the Service that we think it was bugs.
because after we check it carefully you charge us 21 USD on october 24 2021, then we check it it our daily reports that u send to us. it says it was 0% use. the after that you charge us 71usd on nov but from nov 3 onward you didnt send us anymore daily reports. Please give back us our money. we already report it in our bank for further investigation. we also delete all out existing game so that you cant charge us anymore.

From your invoice, we can see you are charged for Multiplayer Servers (MPS) hosting hours. As the doc said:
Games that require Multiplayer Servers must purchase additional capacity through PlayFab's consumption pricing plan. Below are the PlayFab resources that are used to bill for server utilization:
So, even you are a free tier customer, you will also need to pay for MPS when your title runs out the free quota (750 Dasv4 core hours & 10 GB Network Egress).
As MPS is charged by VM instance hours, unused standby servers will also be counted regardless of the number of players as we also need VMs running to host these standby servers.
The free quota is just for testing, it can help you evaluate the service and get started, but it's typically not enough to launch a live game. When you finish one test, we'd suggest you set the number of standby servers and maximum servers to 0 immediately as we've replied to your previous question to reduce the cost.

how did you compute the time because we are really confuse? there are no user playing our games. then you are charging us for something that has no player at all.
we have check the billing summary can you please explain why
our 104 insight has MonthToDateCost of 21.830608663095 while the 155.999 insight has no MonthToDateCost ?

also daily report should be the same reports in the Summary report. We see the oct 24 report in the daily was 0 usage. but in the summary report of oct 24 2021 you charge us 21usd. How come?
Daily report has nothing to do with Billing. I've explained this in your question here.

and also why we have seen a lot of 21 usd from every day. if you say that you usage was per hour meaning it will tell the usage per hour and not per month. we cant see our usage per hour. and if 21usd is per month why did we have nov 13 to nov 22 bill of 21usd . it to be accomulated if that was per day usage. can you send me the usage per day for the multi player. we want exact amount of how did it accomulate 21usd
If you look at the header of that column, you will see it's "MonthToDateCost". So, it's $21 every day after December 13 as you've used $21 on December 13 and then do not use MPS anymore.
