Do you mean that you are in Development Mode but still incurring costs?

To clarify, game server hosting is not free in Development Mode, but we provide 750 free VM core hours for testing, refer to Billing for PlayFab Multiplayer Servers 2.0 - PlayFab | Microsoft Docs. Judging from your screenshots, you have used them up, and a part of them is exceeded, and the excess part needs to be charged normally.

If your game has not been released yet, please shut down all servers after the test is completed and set the number of standby servers and maximum servers to 0.

There is currently no management function to view the server usage of each title under one studio. You can view the used quota in the Game Manager->Multiplayer->Servers->Total Usage of each title. Refer to Managing Summary - PlayFab | Microsoft Docs and Tracking title consumption of multiplayer servers - PlayFab | Microsoft Docs.

Check whether your active server and standby server are both 0. If not, it means that the VM is turned on. The time will be calculated and the charges will be charged normally, even if there is no player access.
