PlayFab Error /Match/GetMatch:Empty

Hi, over the last 24hours we've been getting issues where playfab response come back as empty when trying to GetMatch. Unsure if this is our issue or if it is how to resolve. Any help? Thanks.

May I know your titleId? Could you please call GetMatch with Postman to see if you can get the correct response?

Title Id is: 10282. We can run postman, but the issue is intermittent. It succeeds fine like half the time and just completely fails the other half.

We are encountering the same issues with Matchmaking (GetMatch, empty response body errors, cancelled tickets) still today 12-16-21 since yesterday morning.
