Custom event triggered Azure Function not executed when event received

Custom event triggered CloudScripts stopped being executed (on morning PST 12/15/2021) based on configured Automation Rules. Custom events are still being received and shown in Play Stream Monitor, but the corresponding CloudScript execution is not being triggered.
