We encountered a strange error. We have noticed that one specific CloudScript call is always failing for one user. The error message in the data explorer is "The script execution was terminated after the maximum execution time limit". We have copied all the relevant data to another user in the same app, and the call succeeds without error. We have repeated this test a few times, and we also checked the CloudScript code to see whether we have an infinite cycle, but it seems unlikely. But whenever we try to execute the CloudScript own that user, we have the same error.
(Another note: the execution result and the Data Explorer shows different errors for the same call. The Data Explorer shows the error above, meanwhile the direct result says "There was a problem running <handler name>. Check your arguments and try again.")
So, the question is, what can we do to determine the cause of the error? The error happens only for that one user, and even copying all the relevant data to another user, we cannot replicate the error elsewhere. Could it be some strange back-end error?
