My service is still down after later payment made a week ago. How long should it take to come online? ID:313D

Could you describe what service is down for your title and what payment did you made a week ago?

If you have now paid off your outstanding balance, please go ahead and open a support ticket and provide us with the details on the title(s) that are off. We can confirm and turn them back on as needed.

If you do not have access to support tickets, you can submit a "Billing/Account question" via Contact us (playfab.com) page.
