Dasv4 server type not available for Title

Hello,

i'd like to do some server tests on the free hours with Dasv4 server instances but i am not able to choose this instance type from the dropdown menu.
My Title ID is 34E1E. It'd be nice if someone can share some info on how to acquire access to these or other server instance types.
