Why are there no regions available to Dasv4 build

I'm unable to add a Dasv4 build. Added my asset, start command, port; everything else left default.

The section for Region is blank. There's nothing there. And, of course, you can't submit the build without a region.

Additional information:
I'm able to add regions for Av2 Vms

If I switch back to Dasv4 the region dropdown is empty.

Update: I tried again today and the Regions section appears normal again. I'm wondering if there was an issue with underlying availability of services or something.
