GetPlayersInSegment returns null

Seems I get 429 http code (Too Many Requests).
But other calls work correctly. Only GetPlayersInSegment fails.
This looks strange because I usually make about 10 GetPlayersInSegment requests per day.
Please, fix as soon as possible. My game is broken.
