Random Service Unavailable

Hi,

recently we have been experiencing quite a lot of Service Unavailable upon login I was wondering if there's any reason behind it and / or how we can avoid it.

I know to check status.playfab.com for the current status of playfab but these incidents has been happening when everything shows operational.

Could you please provide the Title Id for our reference?

After researching, we found there are some “conflicts” error that caused by the calls of API LoginWithCustomId in your title. It should be the detailed error status of the “Service Unavailable”. As this thread - https://community.playfab.com/questions/3974/error-on-login-service-unavailable-409-conflict.html said, a 409 Conflict error indicates that there were concurrent attempts to update the same data at the same time, and that the second update was rejected. Could you please review the login logic flow to make sure there aren’t two simultaneous requests being sent?

Besides, we noticed you call the Client API GetTime so frequently. It exceeds the title general limit. Please note, the frequency of the Client API calls can’t exceed the 100 calls per 2 minutes.
