Normally, this title should be deleted after a certain of time automatically. There should be some issues in the issue of the deleting title feature of the Game Manager, so your title stays in the [Deleting] state for a long time. Thanks for your report, we will inform this issue to our team to investigate it.
As an alternative, the API DeleteTitle can delete the Title well now. It can't be used to delete the title is being deleted. But if you want to delete other titles now, you can use the Admin API DeleteTitle.
